Laser Cutting Services for Architects on Model Artifacts
In this case study we visit one of our customers who was designing a star case for their own house. We laser cut the appropriate pieces and then the customer assembled the pieces to create their final design. As the design was bespoke to their own house, the measurements needed adjusting to ensure everything fitted together in the correct manner.

There was a variety of material that the customer wanted to use to ensure the aesthetics of their design matched with the interior of their house. The resulting staircase design was constructed and used as the basis for the builder.

Due to the wide variety of materials being used on this design, we found to produce the highest quality it was best to use our in house 1490 Lightblade CO2 Laser Engraving Machine. The laser cutting is normally done in 1 pass, this is to keep the heat done and the cut clean to enable the aesthetic required for architects and their designs to be shown to builders and customers alike.
Their are no jiggs required for these components as the sheet sizes are normally selected to fit the entire work bed, and the framing feature enables accurate positioning of the machine to the work piece
